Jeff keeps his car in great condition, and as a result, I thoroughly enjoyed driving around town in his CLA. Great Host, Great Car- Best Experience on Turo so Far! Jeff is an outstanding host, polite, professional, pleasant to talk to and easily reachable and flexible and thorough from start to finish. He is the embodiment of fine customer service and truly goes above and beyond at every point of interaction. The car was clean, he was on time, explained everything and even shared a travel guide for our journey. On our way back he was on time waiting for us with a delicious box of cupcakes as it was my birthday. I highly recommend booking Jeff simply to meet him for a memorable experience. It was my first time using Turo and Jeff was extremely helpful and professional from start to finish.
Guided me through the processes and advised me on best practices with taking photos of the vehicle before and after for my own benefit. He even put together a welcome pack and included some recommendations for restaurants.
The car itself was very clean and ran perfectly, Jeff showed me the sport mode and self parking capabilities and made it clear that he wanted me to enjoy the car as much as possible and use it to it’s full potential rather than making me worry and being overly cautious.
10/10 and will be using the vehicle again next time I’m down south!
